Too many people on the internet are anonymous. You can't see who they are or learn anything about them. Not me. I am Peter Gilboy. I'm the person who designed this Collections Guide for Step-By-Step USA, LLC.
My years of experience as a Judgment Enforcement Specialist gave me the experience to prepare this Guide for those who don't want to collect through an attorney, collection agency or an Enforcement Specialist.

I live in Southern California, but I've successfully enforced judgments in many states in the East, Mid-West, and South.
Before I was a Judgment Enforcement Specialist, I was a University Professor and a U.S. Intelligence specialist. I am also a published novelist.
And I'm a member of the California Association of Judgment Professionals, the National Judgment Network, and the Association of National Security Alumni.
